We are very pleased that you have chosen the Hotel Restaurant Blausee for your stay and thank you very much for your reservation. We are pleased to inform you of our general terms and conditions of business and cancellation below, which apply in the event of a definitive reservation.
RESERVATIONS
Blausee AG confirms all booked services in writing.
Hotel & Spa
The reservation confirmation sent by us in writing is binding.
We reserve the right to take your credit card information (credit card and security number) in order to guarantee the booking.
Restaurants
The reservation confirmation we send you in writing is binding.
We reserve the right to include your credit card information (credit card and security number) to guarantee the booking.
Seminars and banquets
The reservation confirmation we send you in writing is binding.

ADVANCE PAYMENTS
We reserve the right to request an advance payment.
OPTION
A reservation will be forfeited upon expiry of the option unless we have a signed confirmation copy.
PAYMENT
Hotel
The bill must be paid at the latest on departure.
The following means of payment are accepted:
Cash CHF, Twint, Maestro, Postcard, Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
Restaurants

Seminars and banquets
As a rule, we will issue an invoice, which must be paid within 15 days of receipt. We reserve the right to request payment of the invoice directly after the event.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Hotel rooms (individual bookings)
According to the conditions in your booking confirmation:
non-refundable: The total price is due on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
Standard rate: Can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
Flexible rate: Can be canceled free of charge up to 2 days before arrival.
No-show / non-arrival: The total price of the booking will be charged.
Hotel rooms (for group bookings such as yoga retreats, weddings, seminars, etc.)
up to 30 days before the event, no costs
29 to 15 days before the event, 50% of the agreed service
14 and fewer days before the event, 100% of the agreed service
Restaurants
Delays must be reported by telephone (+41 (0)33 672 33 33), without your report we will release the reservation after 15 minutes.
No-show: A fee of CHF 30 per person will be charged.
Massages, guided tours, llama trekking and other extra services booked
Cancellations up to 48 hours before the booked massage: no costs
Cancellations up to 24 hours before the booked massage: 50% of the agreed service
Cancellations later / no-show: 100% of the agreed service
Banquets / seminars / retreats / workshops etc.
We accept deviations of up to 10% of the agreed number of participants free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival. If the 10% limit is exceeded, the following costs* will apply:
up to 30 days before the event, no costs
29 to 15 days before the event, 50% of the agreed service
14 and fewer days before the event, 100% of the agreed service
*The basis for calculation is the number of persons booked x package price.
