Traditionally creative trout dishes and our famous Trout-Tavolata (in the evening) attract as much as our multi-course dinners or the whole salmon trout, which you may enjoy per table, ordered in advance. Meat and vegetarian dishes further enrich our menu. And wines are a big topic for us.
